These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.leetar.com and to purchases made through the LEETAR website.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Use automated methods to improperly access or collect information from the website
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, customers or other users.
3. Age and Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract.
If you are under 18, you should only use our website and place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.
However:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
- Product photographs may contain styling or presentation elements that are not included with the product.
- Product dimensions, materials, colours and specifications will be as stated in the relevant product listing.
- Availability may change without notice.
We do not make claims about a product's suitability for a particular animal, medical condition or purpose unless that information is specifically stated in the relevant product listing and supported by appropriate information.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights concerning goods being as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, these protections cannot simply be excluded by contract.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£).
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to obvious pricing errors.
Where VAT is applicable, the price shown will include VAT as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. If the correct price is substantially different and you do not wish to proceed, we will provide an appropriate refund.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Any promotional offer or discount code is subject to the terms stated with that offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one promotional code may be used per order.
- Promotional codes may have expiry dates or product restrictions.
- We may withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.
Nothing in our promotional terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
Before submitting your order, you should review your order details carefully, including:
- Products and quantities
- Delivery address
- Contact details
- Delivery method
- Total price
You should correct any errors before submitting your order.
Our website will make clear that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. UK distance-selling rules require this to be made clear to customers at the point of ordering.
8. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After you place an order, we will normally send an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed in accordance with the order confirmation and our acceptance of the order.
We may be unable to accept an order in limited circumstances, including:
- The product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity
- We are unable to obtain payment authorisation
- A technical error has prevented the order from being processed correctly
If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the affected order.
We will not cancel an order simply because we later decide that we would prefer to sell the product at a different price.
9. Payment
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Your payment may be processed by Shopify and/or the applicable third-party payment service provider selected for your transaction.
We do not normally have access to or store your complete payment card number.
You must provide accurate payment and billing information and have the necessary authority to use the payment method provided.
10. Delivery
We deliver products according to the delivery options and estimated timeframes displayed on our website and at checkout.
For full information about delivery methods, estimated delivery times, delivery charges and potential split shipments, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.
Where applicable UK law provides a specific delivery deadline or remedy for late delivery, nothing in these Terms limits those rights. UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered without undue delay and, unless another period has been agreed, within 30 days.
11. Risk and Delivery
Responsibility for the goods remains with LEETAR until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If there is a problem with delivery, please contact us at support@leetar.com so that we can investigate and assist you.
12. Cancellation
When you purchase goods online as a UK consumer, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Our Cancellation Policy explains how to exercise this right.
Our Returns & Refund Policy also explains our 30-day returns policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes your statutory cancellation rights.
UK distance-selling rules require cancellation information to be provided before the consumer is bound by the contract.
13. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy explains:
- Our 30-day returns policy
- Statutory cancellation rights
- Return procedures
- Return postage arrangements
- Faulty and damaged products
- Incorrect products
- Refunds
Nothing in our returns policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights.
14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Under UK consumer law, goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable statutory requirements, including being:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for a particular purpose where applicable
- As described
- In conformity with the contract
If goods do not meet these requirements, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Please contact support@leetar.com if you believe your product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
We will not require you to give up statutory rights in order to obtain assistance with a faulty or non-conforming product.
15. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
- Your name
- Delivery address
- Email address
- Telephone number where requested
- Payment information
If incorrect information provided by you causes a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
You are also responsible for using products in accordance with any instructions, warnings or safety information supplied with the product.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including:
- Text
- Logos
- Graphics
- Photographs
- Product descriptions
- Website design
- Branding
is owned by or licensed to LEETAR and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
17. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services, including payment, delivery, fulfilment, analytics and other technology providers.
Third-party websites and services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites that we do not control.
However, this does not limit any legal rights you have against LEETAR in relation to goods or services you purchase from us.
18. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be:
- Available without interruption
- Free from technical errors
- Free from viruses or other harmful components
- Compatible with every device or browser
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical issues or other operational reasons.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Liability for breach of your statutory rights relating to goods
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted
We will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or do not arise naturally from a breach of these Terms, subject to your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Any limitation or exclusion of liability in a consumer contract must be fair and transparent and cannot be used to remove statutory protections.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where and to the extent permitted by law.
Examples may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Major transport disruption
- Significant courier disruption
- Government restrictions
- Acts of terrorism
- War or civil unrest
- Major telecommunications or infrastructure failures
- Other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or avoided
This section does not remove your statutory rights.
Where an event outside our reasonable control affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and minimise the impact where possible.
21. Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order, product or service, please contact us first:
Email: support@leetar.com
Phone: +44 7456 039261
We aim to respond to customer enquiries within 1–2 business days.
We will review complaints fairly and work with you to resolve the issue.
22. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on our website.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or applicable legal requirements.
The version of these Terms applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when you place your order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract between you and LEETAR are governed by the law applicable to your place of residence within the United Kingdom, where applicable, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you will retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory protections available under the law applicable to your consumer relationship with us.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, form the terms governing your use of our website and purchases from LEETAR.
However, nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
