Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
At LEETAR, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Cancellation Policy explains your statutory right to cancel an online purchase, as well as how to request a cancellation.
1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 without giving a reason.
You generally have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your contract.
If your order is delivered in multiple parcels, the cancellation period will generally begin when you receive the last item in the order.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Your statutory cancellation rights are separate from our additional 30-day returns policy.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To exercise your statutory cancellation right, contact us:
Email: support@leetar.com
Phone: +44 7456 039261
Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
3. Returning the Goods
If you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you must generally send the goods back within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.
You should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
You may handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, similar to how you would be able to examine them in a shop.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been reduced as a result, we may be entitled to make a deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
Where reasonably possible, please return products in their original condition and with their original packaging.
4. Return Address and Instructions
Please contact support@leetar.com before sending a cancellation return.
We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your order.

Do not send a return to an address different from the instructions provided by our support team.
5. Refunds
When you validly cancel your order, we will refund the payments we are required to refund under applicable law.
This will generally include:
- The price paid for the goods; and
- The cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, you generally will not be refunded the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
We will not charge a fee for processing a statutory cancellation refund.
6. When You Will Receive Your Refund
Where the statutory cancellation rules apply, we will generally issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earliest of:
- The day we receive the returned goods; or
- The day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
Where applicable, we may wait until we have received the goods or received satisfactory evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.
This does not affect any different timing requirements that may apply under consumer law.
7. Return Postage Costs
For a change-of-mind cancellation, you will generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:
- We have agreed to cover the return cost;
- The goods are faulty, damaged or not as described;
- We sent you the wrong item; or
- Applicable law requires us to cover the return cost.
If we were legally required to tell you about return costs before you purchased and failed to do so, different rules may apply.
8. Products That May Be Excluded From Cancellation Rights
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where the relevant legal conditions apply.
Examples can include:
- Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and
- Other goods or services for which an applicable statutory exception exists.
An exception will only apply where the requirements of applicable law are met.
9. Our 30-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, LEETAR offers a 30-day returns period for eligible purchases.
Our 30-day returns policy does not reduce, replace or limit any statutory consumer rights you may have.
Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or the wrong item was supplied, please contact us at:
These situations may give you rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that are separate from the statutory cancellation right described in this policy.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue and advise you on the appropriate next steps.
11. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
If applicable law gives you rights that are more favourable than the terms of this policy, those legal rights will continue to apply.
